Return Policy
 

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your shoes or return them for a refund. All returns or exchanges MUST BE:

  • Accompanied by original sales receipt.
  • Unworn and in salable condition.
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • In original shoe box AND separate shipping box.
  • "Paper wrapped around shoe box without a separate shipping box will not be accepted for return". Please do NOT put tape on shoe box.

Please note that, for returns, shipping charges are only refundable if the return is a result of our error.
 
Shipping and Handling Charges
 

We ship using UPS Ground service. Shipping and handling charges are $5.00 for the first pair of shoes and $3.00 for each additional pair.
 
Delivery Time
 

Please allow for 10-12 working days for delivery.

All orders that are finalized are processed using a Secured Server. We use only the best to safeguard your information. We do not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone.
